Job Duties
- Take orders from patrons for food or beverages
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Prepares food and condiment items needed according to the daily production chart and other food activities
- Operates, cleans, and maintains kitchen equipment used in food preparation
- Maintains work and storage areas including sweeping/mopping the kitchen floor, cleaning the walls/ceilings and other structures
- Checks for accuracy and separates orders for residents
- Delivers carts/trays to proper service location, and aids with room set-up as needed
