Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- at least one year of experience in an assisted living community preferred
- ability to adhere to safety and sanitation rules
- willingness to perform various meal service duties including greeting, serving, and cleaning
- ability to maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- strong interpersonal skills
- physical ability to set and clear tables and carry trays
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents
- greets all residents in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- sets tables before meals
- takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- provides feedback from residents to the Director of Food Service regarding meals and food preferences
- busses and resets tables in the dining room following meals
- restocks dining room tables with condiments
- cleans the dining room after meals
- follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- performs other duties as assigned
