Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an elevated restaurant environment
- excellent communication skills
- be able to multitask and have the desire to work and learn from an amazing team
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- lift 30 pounds
- be available to work weekends and holidays
- must work well under pressure
- be punctual and professional
- be excited to join a team of co-workers dedicated to detail
- must have the experience and a positive service driven attitude
- food handlers' card and Title IV alcohol certification
- reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
- take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
- attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
- check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
- deliver checks and accept payment
- arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
- follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- work with other staff as a team
- work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
