Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an elevated restaurant environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • be able to multitask and have the desire to work and learn from an amazing team
  • must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • lift 30 pounds
  • be available to work weekends and holidays
  • must work well under pressure
  • be punctual and professional
  • be excited to join a team of co-workers dedicated to detail
  • must have the experience and a positive service driven attitude
  • food handlers' card and Title IV alcohol certification
  • reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
  • take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
  • attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
  • check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
  • deliver checks and accept payment
  • arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
  • follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
  • work with other staff as a team
  • work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
