Job Requirements
- food handlers license and tabc certification or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of employment
- regular attendance as scheduled
- ability to stand for extended periods
- friendly energetic and customer focused attitude
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to multitask in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a server role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems
Job Duties
- serve food and beverage items
- clear tables and return all equipment to their respective areas
- be familiar with menu items both bar wine and food offerings
- feel comfortable making suggestions for alternatives when dietary restrictions require it
- assist guests in being seated
- be friendly thorough accurate and efficient in taking orders and delivering meals
- complete daily set up work as required
