Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- capability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and move about for long periods
- walk or stand for 100% of shift
- frequent reaching, bending, and stooping
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- ability to provide excellent guest service consistently
- physical capability to perform essential job functions
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems preferred
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- knowledge of food and beverage menus
- capability to follow sanitation and alcohol service guidelines
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and adaptability skills
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of any problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- manage financial transactions accurately
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and report concerns
- greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders
- maintain thorough menu knowledge
- enter orders accurately into Micros system
- ensure proper food garnishing and timely delivery
- work efficiently adhering to the full hands in, full hands out philosophy
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- buss and reset tables
- support other team members as needed
- complete station side work
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- follow portion guidelines to control costs
- check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
- keep station clean and organized
- foster cooperative working relationships
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- demonstrate proficiency in Micros and financial handling
- maintain proper dress code and professionalism
