Job Requirements

  • no prior experience required
  • minors must obtain a valid work permit if required by state law
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • basic English proficiency
  • ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings
  • availability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • previous experience in food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests
  • deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
  • assist with setup and cleanup of the dining room
  • ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
  • provide friendly and attentive customer service
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
