Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- provide detailed menu knowledge including craft cocktails and food offerings
- deliver all orders accurately and timely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
- answer guest questions and address concerns with professionalism
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service
