Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent verbal communication skills
- availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
- passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- willingness to participate in training and skill development
- prior serving experience is a plus but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- deep interest in culinary arts and beverage knowledge
- ability to learn and recall detailed menu information
- teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- provide in-depth knowledge of the food menu, including preparation and history
- explain cocktail and wine offerings confidently
- maintain relaxed fine dining service standards
- participate in ongoing training sessions and menu knowledge testing
- assist guests throughout their dining experience ensuring satisfaction
- manage orders accurately and efficiently
