- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing menu knowledge and recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and timely resolution of concerns
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and product knowledge
