Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- serve fresh-baked bread and take food and beverage orders accurately
- deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- maintain knowledge of the menu to answer questions and provide recommendations
- handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and seek assistance from management when necessary
- assist with cleaning and resetting tables efficiently between guest visits
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
