Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations
- communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- participate actively in training programs to improve knowledge of menu items and Mexican cooking techniques
- collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic work environment
