Job Duties
- Take guests orders
- provide attentive service throughout meal
- memorize menu items, abbreviations, various preparation styles
- learn drink offerings, stay up to date on current beers on tap and educate customer on offerings
- assist in prepping ingredients, maintaining stock on the line and keeping the process organized
- adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- clean and maintain stock of silverware, menus, napkins, etc.
