Job Duties
- Greet and seat hotel guests and walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
- Present menus and inform guests of daily specials or promotions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery
- Ensure guests receive prompt attention and courteous service throughout their dining experience
- Respond to guest requests, dietary needs, and complaints with efficiency and grace
- Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests according to hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas
- Assist with room service and banquet support as needed
- Handle guest payments, provide accurate bills, and follow proper cash and credit procedures
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the hotel's amenities, services, and surrounding area to assist with guest inquiries
