Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol
  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision with ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties

  • Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service that is guided by each guest’s preference and cues
  • Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu
  • Recommend, upsell, and reinforce the customers’ orders
  • Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards
  • Accuracy with guest orders to ensure satisfaction
  • Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete
  • Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
