Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- Able to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision with ability to adjust focus
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service that is guided by each guest’s preference and cues
- Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu
- Recommend, upsell, and reinforce the customers’ orders
- Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards
- Accuracy with guest orders to ensure satisfaction
- Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete
- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
