Job Requirements

  • at least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment preferred
  • a warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
  • commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
  • excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
  • fluent in english
  • proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • must have valid food handler card
  • possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests professionally and warmly
  • take accurate food and drink orders and relay them effectively to kitchen staff
  • monitor guests dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns
  • manage table settings and ensure cleanliness throughout service
  • operate point-of-sale system accurately for order entry and payment processing
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate meal timing and service flow
  • uphold all food safety and hygiene standards including valid food handler certification
