Job Requirements
- at least two years of experience at a fast paced dining establishment preferred
- a warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
- commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
- excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume environment
- fluent in english
- proficiency in other languages is a plus
- must have valid food handler card
- possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests professionally and warmly
- take accurate food and drink orders and relay them effectively to kitchen staff
- monitor guests dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- manage table settings and ensure cleanliness throughout service
- operate point-of-sale system accurately for order entry and payment processing
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate meal timing and service flow
- uphold all food safety and hygiene standards including valid food handler certification
