Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
- pass background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks
- set tables ensuring all supplies meet quality standards
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- communicate any meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- explain menu items and specials and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and or beverage
- present physical and accurate check and process payment, adhering to all cash handling and credit policies procedures including added and received gratuity
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
