Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
  • Promote positive public relations by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Remain aware of guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
  • Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
  • Assist other Servers to ensure excellent guest service
  • Understand product specifications and match guests' receipts with party size
  • Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
  • Report equipment and facility issues to the Manager
  • Follow proper table bussing procedures
  • Adhere to safe work practices
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with health department laws
