Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Promote positive public relations by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Remain aware of guests' needs to enhance their dining experience
- Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- Assist other Servers to ensure excellent guest service
- Understand product specifications and match guests' receipts with party size
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Report equipment and facility issues to the Manager
- Follow proper table bussing procedures
- Adhere to safe work practices
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with health department laws
