Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant environment
- Food handlers certification
- TABC certification
- Flexible availability including mornings and evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant environment required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with POS systems and standards restaurant procedures
- Food handlers and TABC certifications
- Flexible availability including mornings and evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and daily specials
- Suggest wine pairings based on the food they order
- Confirm orders with chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
- Work closely with restaurant management and immediately address all customer concerns as they present themselves
- Create a pleasant dining experience
