Job Duties
- Greet guests quickly and efficiently with a friendly and professional demeanor
- take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- effectively communicate menu items to guests, upsell and promote specials
- deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns or special requests
- assist fellow squad members in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the dining area
- bus, sanitize, and set tables
- communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
- accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned by store management
