Job Duties

  • Greet guests quickly and efficiently with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • effectively communicate menu items to guests, upsell and promote specials
  • deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns or special requests
  • assist fellow squad members in organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the dining area
  • bus, sanitize, and set tables
  • communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
  • accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • perform other duties as assigned by store management
