Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service requirements
- demonstrated experience handling cash and digital transactions
- must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must comply with all food safety and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- Welcome customers and provide a warm and cheerful dining experience
- prepare the dining area by setting tables, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
- follow all sanitation and alcohol beverage control policies
- take orders accurately and send them to the kitchen
- deliver meals promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- upsell desserts and specialty menu items to enhance guest experience
- operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for order processing and payment transactions
- handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely and efficiently
- assist in stocking and maintaining inventory for dining and cashier areas
- work as a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- other duties as assigned
