- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted and 50 pounds with assistance
- able to reach overhead and below the knees including bending and twisting
