Job Requirements
- Meet local minimum age requirements for alcohol service
- obtain local permits and licenses required for serving alcohol
- possess reliable transportation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous but not required
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- basic math skills for handling money
- demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- operate within the Rafferty's Teamwork Service System at all times
- be ready and willing to assist guests, management and fellow associates as instructed
- assume 100% responsibility for guests' quality experience
- project an outgoing and friendly personality at all times
- work in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
- comply with all company policies, procedures, equipment usage, and service standards
