Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and heavier items with assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Must follow safety and security policies
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Ability to protect company assets
Job Qualifications

- Proven ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to event and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with kitchen regarding menu inquiries, wait times, and special requests
- Record transactions in MICROS system and process payments
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meal courses
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining implements
- Complete closing duties including restocking and securing service areas
- Follow safety and security policies and report hazards
- Welcome and acknowledge guests while anticipating service needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Support team goals and listen to concerns
- Adhere to quality and brand standards
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and maneuvering
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
