Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and heavier items with assistance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must follow safety and security policies
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance
  • Ability to protect company assets

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with kitchen regarding menu inquiries, wait times, and special requests
  • Record transactions in MICROS system and process payments
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during meal courses
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining implements
  • Complete closing duties including restocking and securing service areas
  • Follow safety and security policies and report hazards
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests while anticipating service needs
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Support team goals and listen to concerns
  • Adhere to quality and brand standards
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and maneuvering
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
