Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- reliable transportation required
- high school degree or GED preferred
- ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four hours continuously
- ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds frequently

Job Duties
- delivers food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery
- interacts verbally with all bar guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- greet guests, answer questions, make suggestions regarding food and drinks
- completes assigned opening and closing side work
- presents guest checks to dining room patrons and processes payments
- relays food orders to kitchen using point-of-sale computerized register system in a timely and accurate manner
- serves alcohol according to all state and federal laws and company policies
- participates in clearing and resetting dining room tables
- observes guests, responds to requests, and anticipates guest needs
- maintains a clean and organized work area
- explains and demonstrates usage of Tabletop Electronic Devices
- drives sales with suggestive selling
- writes and repeats guests' orders to confirm accuracy
- accommodates special needs of guests such as booster chairs and high chairs
- may serve guests in Host/Hostess or Carside To-Go Server roles occasionally
- performs general utility functions as requested by management
