Job Requirements

- minimum 1 year of fine dining service experience
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests with professionalism and courtesy
- present menus and provide detailed information on food and wine pairings
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
- ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining proper food presentation standards
- monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- handle billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
