Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service from greeting to order taking and delivery
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, recipes, and Lazy Dog service standards
- Comply with all responsible beverage service regulations including ID verification and alcohol awareness
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Assist guests with inquiries and accommodate special requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the guest experience
