Job Requirements
- Must have a Certified Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service training
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Basic understanding of beer, wine, and spirits is preferred
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Must have high energy, great communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
- Must be able to stand during entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs
- Must have attention to detail and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service

- Prior experience in a high-volume, fine dining environment
- Basic understanding of beer, wine, and spirits preferred

- Physical stamina to stand for entire shift and perform bending, squatting, and lifting up to 30lbs

Job Duties
- Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
- Clearly and proficiently inform customers of Chef's specials, menu changes and additions, and answer any questions
- Take food and beverage orders, suggestively selling specific menu items
- Oversee table maintenance and coordinate table service with fellow team members
- Work alongside bussers to clear and reset tables and maintain service stations stocked with silverware, glassware, share plates, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
- Respond to guests' needs with a proactive approach
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
