Job Duties

  • Greet guests quickly and efficiently with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Effectively communicate menu items to guests, upsell and promote specials
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns or special requests
  • Assist in organizing, cleaning and maintaining the dining area
  • Bus, sanitize, and set tables
  • Communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management
