Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet Guests immediately, guide them through menus while demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes Guests feel well taken care of and builds intent to return
- Accurately record food orders ensuring each Guest receives their meal to their exact specifications
- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet Ruth's Chris standard of excellence
- Demonstrate a Guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the Guest experience
- Effectively communicate with Guests and other Team Members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
