Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food service is beneficial
- able to communicate clearly and politely with guests
- familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
- strong attention to detail and customer focus
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when they are seated
- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- collect and deliver food orders promptly
- ensure that the guest is well cared for, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
