Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of restaurant serving experience
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage menu preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Warm and outgoing personality
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years previous restaurant experience as a server
  • Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu preferred
  • Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to Guests
  • Make recommendations on food, wine, and spirits to enhance dining experience
  • Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
  • Engage in friendly and light conversation with Guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
  • Uphold the brand standards and principles in every interaction
