Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of restaurant serving experience
- Knowledge of wine and beverage menu preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years previous restaurant experience as a server
- Experience with an extensive wine and beverage menu preferred
- Experience in upscale, polished or fine dining concepts preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to Guests
- Make recommendations on food, wine, and spirits to enhance dining experience
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Engage in friendly and light conversation with Guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Uphold the brand standards and principles in every interaction
