Job Requirements
- legal age to serve alcohol where applicable
- completion of required state or local alcohol server training
- obtain necessary permits and licenses
- successful background check
- adherence to all local, state, and federal laws related to food and alcohol service
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, handle items, climb occasionally, and lift up to 60 pounds
- ability to meet vision requirements including close and distance vision
- consistent attendance
- compliance with dress code
- ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism

- completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion

Job Duties
- regular and consistent attendance
- manage concession stand operations including alcohol sales
- enforce all laws related to alcohol serving
- maintain knowledge of coupons and promotions
- promote Regal Crown Club Program
- enforce MPAA rating system
- provide exceptional guest service
- handle all monies and merchandise
- operate and clean concession equipment
- properly use concession storerooms
- follow cleaning protocols per MSDS
- execute opening, closing, and in-between show procedures
- adhere to emergency and evacuation procedures
- apply excellent sales techniques including upselling
- handle counterfeit bill procedures
- comply with all food safety laws
- enforce dress code
- ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
- maintain accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons
- operate popper equipment and manage emergencies
- abide by laws related to breaks and meal periods
- complete cast certification program progress
- understand training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination policies
