Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide efficient and friendly guest service
  • Able to follow all steps of service and bussing duties
  • Available to work varied shifts including weekends
  • Ability to safely transport food and beverages
  • Capable of using restaurant tools and equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Capability to work in crowded and noisy spaces
  • Physical ability to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand and walk during entire shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Ability to learn and adapt to restaurant technology systems
  • Commitment to teamwork and positive guest relations

Job Duties

  • Provide efficient, friendly guest service to a 3-6 table section including following all steps of service and bussing tables to ensure positive guest experiences
  • Accurately record and account for all items ordered, process payments, and balance all sales and receipts in compliance with restaurant policies and procedures
  • Work varied hours, days and shifts including weekends
  • Safely and effectively transport food or beverages to tables
  • Operate all necessary tools and equipment safely
  • Effectively communicate to follow job requirements
  • Multitask calmly and efficiently in busy, stressful environments
  • Work in confined, crowded spaces with variable noise and temperature levels
  • Move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Stand and walk for entire shifts while navigating restaurant safely
