Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a serving position preferred
  • valid food handler's license required
  • TABC certificate required
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
  • ensure timely delivery of orders and check on guest satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and serving areas
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
