Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
- Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures
- Prepare cold food items such as salad dressings and fruit trays
- Follow sanitary regulations at all times
- Provide Platinum Service with each dining experience
- Set up meal trays, food carts and the dining room with utensils, napkins and condiments
- Assist in checking resident trays before distribution
- Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas
- Pour hot and cold beverages for residents and assist with opening containers as needed
- Prepare and deliver snacks for special events and parties
- Bus tables during and after meals
- Stock food and supplies properly and clean storage areas
- Provide support services to other dining rooms during events and activities
- Attend trainings and employee meetings as directed
- Clean and follow daily cleaning tasks
