Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and present menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently and input them into the POS system
- Deliver orders promptly according to service standards and ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure timely delivery of food to avoid delays
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables and the dining area
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure order accuracy
- Restock stations as needed
- Always follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests
- Perform side duties as assigned by supervisor
