Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pass criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Ability to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, screening, and PPE usage
  • Willingness to work all days from 6am to 2pm

Job Qualifications

  • Experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
  • Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and families
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Ability to comply with COVID-19 protocols including vaccination, daily screening, and use of PPE as required

Job Duties

  • Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner
  • Accurately and professionally take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Set up and break down tables
  • Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques and etiquette
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
