Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pass criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Ability to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols including vaccination, screening, and PPE usage
- Willingness to work all days from 6am to 2pm
Job Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not necessary
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, healthcare professionals, residents, and families
- Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
- Ability to comply with COVID-19 protocols including vaccination, daily screening, and use of PPE as required
Job Duties
- Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner
- Accurately and professionally take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Set up and break down tables
- Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques and etiquette
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
