- Provide exceptional dining service to senior residents
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with residents
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining staff
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas
- Respond kindly and patiently to residents’ needs
- Contribute to a positive and compassionate community environment
