Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to use a point-of-sale system or willingness to learn
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and a positive work environment
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed

Job Duties
- provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service that leaves guests feeling valued and cared for

- use our Toast point-of-sale system efficiently to take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy
- maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
- collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, including assisting in other areas as needed
- address guest feedback with a positive attitude, working to turn challenges into opportunities for exceptional service
