Job Requirements
- must be 21 years or older
- must have full weekend availability
- ability to work lunch and dinner shifts
- reliable and punctual
- capable of maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- TB clearance as required by Hawaii state law
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of craft beer is a plus
- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- provide detailed information about menu items and craft beers
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- handle payments and process transactions
- support team members during busy periods
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
