Job Requirements
- must possess a valid food handler’s license
- must have a current TABC certificate
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to provide all necessary documents upon interview
- prior serving experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year of serving experience in a casual or fine dining environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- food handler’s license
- TABC certificate
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
- provide menu recommendations and answer questions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- handle guest complaints professionally
- process payments and handle cash or credit transactions
