Job Requirements
- previous experience working in a full service, high volume establishment
- ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
- continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching, and twisting
- ability to carry 35 pounds as needed
- ability to carry trays as needed
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- reliable transportation required
Job Qualifications
- previous experience working in a full service, high volume establishment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- familiarity with POS systems preferred but not required
- customer service orientation
- ability to multitask in busy environments
Job Duties
- be friendly, happy, upbeat, outgoing and positive
- be observant and responsive, alert to guests’ needs
- use excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
- learn and operate typical POS and hand held POS devices
- work effectively within a team
- participate in dining room setting including décor, condiments, and service plates
- assist guests in food and beverage selections, suggest courses, explain specialties and answer food questions
- adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to protect establishment and guests
