Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding or unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required

Job Duties
- Maintain high service standards as outlined in the Invited F&B service training programs
- Oversee food and beverage service ensuring members and guests are served promptly and attentively
- Manage complex service issues and last-minute changes
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu and daily specials
- Guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff and provide guidance
- Collaborate with management to assign duties and ensure timely task completion
- Lead by example and assist team members ensuring smooth communication
- Organize and maintain clean, well-stocked workstations
- Support management in addressing member and guest complaints and service recovery
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by F&B Director or other leadership
