Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
  • Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding or unfolding as required
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required
  • Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members

Job Duties

  • Maintain high service standards as outlined in Invited F&B service training programs
  • Oversee food and beverage service ensuring members and guests are served promptly and attentively
  • Manage complex service issues or last-minute changes
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu and daily specials
  • Guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with management to assign duties ensuring tasks are completed timely and efficiently
  • Lead by example ensuring smooth communication and seamless service
  • Organize and maintain clean, well-stocked workstations
  • Support management in addressing member and guest complaints and practicing good service recovery
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by F&B Director or leadership
  • Adhere to company, club, and department policies
  • Follow safe working practices and encourage others
  • Take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain required certifications
  • Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities
  • Wear a clean, neat uniform meeting club standards
