Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food and beverage service
- Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited's F&B service training program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members
Job Duties
- Maintain high service standards as outlined in Invited F&B service training programs
- Oversee food and beverage service ensuring timely and attentive member/guest service
- Manage complex service issues and last-minute changes
- Guide and support Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service
- Collaborate with management to assign duties and ensure task completion
- Organize and maintain clean, well-stocked workstations and complete side work
- Support management in addressing member/guest complaints and service recovery
