Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food and beverage service
Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food and beverage service
Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
Completion of Invited's F&B Service Training program
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members

Job Duties

Maintain high service standards as outlined in the Invited F&B service training programs
Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring members/guests are served promptly and attentively, while managing more complex service issues or last-minute changes
Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu and daily specials, and guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service
Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with management to assign duties, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Assist fellow employees and lead by example, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service across the team
Take responsibility for organizing and maintaining clean, well-stocked workstations and ensuring side work is completed to meet club standards
