Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- must have California Food Handler's Card
- must hold RBS Alcohol Server Certificate
- able to work split shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- effective English communication skills
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- ability to follow ServSafe sanitation and safety standards

- knowledge of food and beverage service including basic cocktail preparation
- ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols such as ServSafe
- California Food Handler's Card
- RBS Alcohol Server Certificate
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- general food knowledge related to meats, fish, sauces and cooking methods preferred
- familiarity with wine types and banquet service preferred
Job Duties
- Assist serving members and supporting dining operations
- prepare dining areas and maintain cleanliness and stock levels
- operate POS terminal accurately and efficiently
- greet guests and perform food and beverage preparation
- ensure smooth operation during meal periods and special functions including setup and closing
- monitor assigned tables and provide attentive customer service
- prepare and set up food bars, buffet areas and beverage stations
- open and serve wine bottles tableside
- prepare basic cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
- conduct inventory and provide supply order lists
- serve as cashier reconciling orders and POS transactions
- perform dining area closing and storage equipment cleaning duties
- adhere to ServSafe sanitation and safety standards
