Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of serving experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Sufficient manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment and utensils
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without extended sitting
- Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Enhance the dining experience for residents, family members and guests
- Assist in the delivery of culinary activities across various dining venues including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care and Club Room
- Provide service during special events and private functions
- Deliver The Sterling Touch professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and timely service
- Follow guidance from Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor in accordance with community standards and procedures
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through attentive and efficient service
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining teams to ensure seamless operations
