Job Requirements
- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a server
- fine dining experience preferred
- food handling certificate where applicable
- certificate in alcoholic awareness program where applicable
- basic reading, writing, and math skills
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- strong organization and time management skills
- able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or employees
- minimum age 18 to serve alcoholic beverages and 21 to pour

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
- anticipate resident's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- maintain complete knowledge of restaurant(s) operations, proper table set -up and dress code of the restaurant(s)
- work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and/or General Manager to keep residents satisfied with food and beverage programs
- set tables in accordance to Coterie standards
- serve residents and guests meals and beverages as requested
- maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving
