- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet the standard of excellence
- Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by prioritizing the guest experience
- Effectively communicate with guests and other team members
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
